Branair is a full-service mechanical firm specializing in large renovations and new construction. We have extensive experience in all types of HVAC systems, including air-handling equipment, boilers, chillers, pumps, VRF, VAV, and DX cooling systems.
Branair is a licensed mechanical and plumbing contractor serving the D.C. Metro Area. We work on bonded projects and are bondable up to 10 million dollars. Branair has completed projects in many industries such as education, government, office and high-rise.
We focus on the project management, installation and service of both negotiated and competitive-bid projects.
We provide new installations, equipment inspections, system evaluations, including commissioning and retroactive commissioning.
